Responsible

• Mechanical Quality: Ensure that all mechanical work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Inspection and Testing: Conduct inspections and testing of mechanical systems.
• Quality Issues: Identify and resolve quality issues.
• Control Procedures: Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
• Reporting: Maintain quality documentation and prepare quality performance reports.
• Daily Updates: Provide daily project status updates using Microsoft Project or Primavera for the Power BI dashboard

More qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5-7 years in mechanical engineering or mechanical supervision roles
• 3+ years in quality assurance or quality control functions
• Good command of English
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction environments
• Experience with power generation, oil & gas, or heavy industrial projects
• Understanding of complex mechanical systems
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• Experience with inspection and testing protocols
